What's the minimum bike rental period?

What's in the bike price?

2 helmets (kids' sizes available), a phone mount, rider health insurance up to 30,000 ฿, regular servicing every 3,000 km. Fuel is on you (~43 ฿/l).

What if I get a flat or breakdown?

Message us on WhatsApp. Breakdown not your fault — we'll swap the bike for free. A flat — 100–200 ฿ at any shop, there are hundreds on the island.

Can I ride the bike off Phuket?

No, bike rental is island-only. For trips to Krabi or Khao Lak, take a car instead — southern Thailand trips are possible there by arrangement.

Riding with a child on a bike?

Yes. Kids' helmets are free, a child cushion (up to age 6) — 300 ฿ for the whole term. Rides up to 30 minutes are comfortable for kids.

With zero experience, we honestly don't recommend it: the roads here are left-hand and busy. We'll give you a Russian-speaking instructor's contact — a couple of lessons, and you're ready.

Documents needed for a car?

What does car insurance cover?

Full class 1 insurance is included: car damage, third parties, passengers. The deductible (your max if at fault) starts from 3,000 ฿, listed on each car's page.

Can I drive the car to Krabi or Khao Lak?

Getting the car at the airport?

We meet you with a sign in arrivals, paperwork takes 15 minutes in the parking lot. Airport delivery — 500 ฿. We work 10:00–19:00, night flights by arrangement.

What fuel, and how does it work?

Gasohol 95, ~43 ฿/l. Full-to-full: you get it with a full tank, return it full. PTT stations are all over the island.

Need a category A license for a scooter?

Yes, for any scooter from 50cc — category A + IDP. Without it, a 1,000 ฿ fine, and worse, neither our insurance nor yours applies.

Can I drive on a Russian license without an IDP?

Formally, no: Thailand recognizes national licenses only with an IDP. In practice, police fine for a missing IDP less often than for no category A, but insurance won't work without one.

What if police stop me?

Stop calmly, show your license + IDP. If you get a fine, you'll get a receipt valid 24 hours as a "pass" through other checkpoints. Pay at the nearest police station.

What fines are most common?

No helmet — 500–1,000 ฿ (driver and passenger), no category A — 1,000 ฿, running a red light — 500 ฿, parking at a red-white curb — 500 ฿ or towing.

Does travel insurance cover bike riding?

Only if you hold category A + an IDP and were wearing a helmet. Without this, insurers deny claims — the most common reason for refusals in Thailand.

Health first: call an ambulance at 1669. Then call us right away — we'll come, help with police and damage assessment. Don't sign anything in Thai without us.

Do you hold my passport?

Never. Your passport stays with you — a photo is enough for the contract. Deposits are cash only: bikes 3,000–6,000 ฿, cars 5,000–10,000 ฿.

When is the deposit refunded?

The day you return it, in full, cash or transfer — same as you paid. Minor scratches don't count.

How can I pay?

Cash (baht or dollars) on pickup, for the whole term at once. Ask the manager about transfers when booking. No prepayment needed.

Do I need to prepay to book?

No. Booking is confirmed by chat, cancellation is free until delivery day. In high season (December–February) book 5–7 days ahead.

How much is hotel delivery?

300–500 ฿ depending on area: Rawai and Chalong — 300 ฿, Patong and Kamala — 400 ฿, Bang Tao and Surin — up to 500 ฿. We pick up the vehicle for free at the end.

How fast is delivery?

Usually the same day, if the vehicle is free. In high season — next day. We'll confirm the exact time by chat.

Deliver to the airport?
